JPN Agency Ltd is committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679. We provide clear information to individuals under Articles 13 and 14, and respect the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22.
Lawful bases for processing include: consent, performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, compliance with legal obligations, and legitimate interests. Where consent is relied on, it is freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous, and can be withdrawn at any time.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including access controls, training, and incident response. For international transfers, we use lawful mechanisms such as adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses, with supplementary measures where needed.
Pursuant to the article 11 of the Protection of European Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and The Law on the Processing of Personal Data (Protection of the Individual) Law 138 (I) /2001, and On the Regulation of Electronic Communications and Postal Services Law 112 (I) /2004, the company notifies hereby that it keeps records of all the application submitted by persons interested for the appointment by the company and the documents attached to such applications.
The data contained in the application are kept by the company according to its internal regulations relating to the procedure for the filling of vacant posts.
In view of the above, the Company hereby requests the relevant written consent of the interested persons, according to article 5(1) of the Protection of Personal Data Law.
